What is the shipping fee?

When you place an order from Cosmedrome, your order information will be sent to your registered e-mail address. Your weekly orders will be sent within 24 hours of the payment being processed. Weekend orders will be sent on Monday. Cosmedrome Online is not responsible for any delays due to shipping companies.

How long does the product reach the elite?

The products in Cosmedrome belong to the sellers in different points of the world. For this reason, your cargo time may vary depending on the location of the seller and the cargo company (land, sea or air transport) where the seller is contracted. You can check the shipping times and shipping charges of the products you add to your cart in the "Calculate Shipping and Shipping Costs" section on the first page of your shopping cart.

What if I do not come at the delivery address?

Contracted cargo companies will leave a "Visit Note" in case you are not available at the address during delivery. In this case, your order will be brought back to your address one last time. When you receive an undeliverable note, you can call the cargo company and inform the cargo authorities about the time they will come back and ensure that your product reaches you at the right time. Otherwise, if they can not find someone to deliver when they arrive the second time, your order is returned to the Cosmedrome store.

All orders placed at Cosmedrome's site are delivered with delivery note and invoice.

What should I pay attention to when I receive the product?

The cargo dispatcher will ask for an identification document when delivering the product to you or the person you specify. For this reason, it is necessary to have an identification document next to you or the person to whom you will be delivering. Open the package that you received the product next to the cargo officer and check your order. If you see any error, deficiency, breakage in the box or wetting, please contact us immediately and do not accept the package by filling in the cargo handout. Your new products will be sent immediately. If you do not check the cargo, you may be in a difficult situation because the cargo company will not be liable for any incomplete or incomplete breakage that may occur inside the box. Please make sure your cargo arms are delivered to you firmly.

What should I do if the product is missing cargo?

If the products you receive are missing cargoes, you can send an e-mail with the order number on the 'Contact' page. This will be answered shortly in the nearest time.
