GREEN LABEL

Shipping Promotions

All promotions related with the green labels are about the shipping. Only one green labeled promotion can be used at a time. If more than one green labeled are available at the same time, system will automatically make the promotion available which gives you more benefit.

ORANGE LABEL

Opportunity Promotions

All promotions related with the orange labels are about the shipping. Only one orange labeled promotion can be used at a time. If more than one orange labeled are available at the same time, system will automatically make the promotion available which gives you more benefit.

BLACK LABEL

Special Promotions

All promotions related with the black labels are special only for you. Only one black labeled promotion can be used at a time. If more than one black labeled are available at the same time, system will automatically make the promotion available which gives you more benefit.

BLUE LABEL

Payment Promotions

All promotions with blue labels indicate payment campaigns. Only one blue label promotion can be used at a time. If there is more than one blue tag available at the same time, you can take advantage of the campaign by choosing the payment method that suits you during the payment.

Can I use multi-promotions?

You can use the promotions with different label colors together but same promotion types (same colors) can not be used together.

How can I see active promotions on products?

To be able to see the active promotions, visit the related product's page. At right panel, you will see promotions title. All the available promotions will be shown there. If it is empty, it means either there is no active promotion currently or you are not eligible to use them.

I can't see a promotion while somebody else can use

While some campaigns are general, some campaigns are aimed at users who meet certain conditions (newsletter subscription, having customers who have shopped before, etc.), user groups (customers, vendors, etc.), location (country, province, district, etc.), selections made. It may differ according to the shipping company or payment method. If you do not meet one or more of these conditions, you will not be able to benefit from the special discounts for these users.

Do promotions and campaigns have a certain duration?

Yes. All promotions and campaigns have a start and end time. Promotions on this page show special promotions that you can use. With the end of the campaign, the campaign is deleted from the product pages and promotions page. Cosmedrome reserves the right to add, remove and change the duration of campaigns.
