For our sellers who use Cosmedrome contracted cargoes, the freight charges of the cargoes are collected from our sellers. The shipping charges to be deducted are as follows:
Freight fees are collected from our sellers for your orders completed with Cosmedrome contracted cargoes. Freight charges are automatically collected from your seller wallet immediately after the delivery of your order, and you can track the fees deducted for each order in detail from your wallet transactions.
Since our default currency in Cosmedrome is Euro, freight charges are also deducted in Euro. Currency is determined according to the exchange rate prevailing on the day of product delivery.

ATTENTION!: The most important point you should pay attention to in freight charges is to enter the weight of your package correctly when adding your product. For example, if the product weight is entered as 1kg on the product page, but the product shipped is 10kg, the freight difference is deducted from the sellers.
